Why
should I get an account when I can search for homes
on other real estate sites?
Competition is fierce for the really good properties
and they sell fast. It pays to have an advantage over
other Buyers and Sellers that can help you make informed
decisions quickly. Ellen Realty Group has designed and
created a set of online tools to help both Buyers and
Sellers aquaint themselves with the local real estate
market as well as quickly locate properties of interest
to them. |

Why would you create
something called a SnatcherTool™?
We heard your call - and we answered.
For years, we heard the
frustration expressed by both Buyers and Sellers when
trying to access and view properties in ways that
made sense to them - location, driving distance, subdivisions,
one-story homes, homes with garages, homes that might
make good investments, etc.
As a benefit to our current and future customers,
we designed and created SnatcherTools™
in order to help our online customers locate properties
that fit their personal needs and lifestyles as well
as create tools they can easily use to compare other
properties against a house they are considering selling,
or a home they are considering buying, but first want
to review current local activity before making a firm
committment to buy.

Am
I obligated to join if all I
want to do is search for properties?
Absolutely not. You are able to freely use the SuperMegaMLS,
the Local Map
Search Tools and the Interactive
Map as often as you want. (With so many wonderful,
free tools in the Snatcher ToolBox, it doesn't make
sense NOT to join though. You can even test drive the
entire site for 24 hours at only $7.95!) |
How
does the membership work?
The Free account (LITE) gives you access to the Member
ToolBox. Here you can save searches and be immediately
notified of hot new listings. The LITE version is
very helpful when just starting out.
The PRO Account (Paid membership) is much more sophisticated!
Here you have access to powerful technology not found
elsewhere. One of the best features of the PRO Version
is your ability to make personal choices such as location,
size, bedrooms and baths, price, lot features and
other amenities - compare those to other active listings
- and have the computer return custom searches based
upon your priorities.

happens to my personal information?
We value you as a customer and would never sell, rent

this information so that we can provide to you valuable

What is a ToolBox?
The ToolBox is where all of your SnatcherTools™
information is kept.
As a LITE Member, you can save your favorites listings
and receive immediate email notification of the type
of properties you are interested in, perform MapSnatcher™
distance searches, use all of the Closing Cost Estimators,
Repair Worksheets, Profit Estimators, custom Mortgage
Calculators and more.
As a PRO Member, you are able to also submit anonymous
lender requests, perform and retrieve REO HOTSHEET
calculations, compare potential Rental Cash Flow Properties,
evaluate values based upon personal priorities and
have full access to the MESSAGE CENTER which contains
personal activity calendars of your real estate events.
(All contractual customers of Ellen Realty Group are
automatically registered free of charge to SnatcherTools
PRO - at no charge!)

How
do I get a Free account?
The SnatcherTools™
LITE Account is completely free and is obtainable anywhere
on the Jacksonville-Real-Estate.com website wherever
you see Free Account Sign-Up forms. You may also sign
up here. |
How
do I get a PRO Account?
You may get your SnatcherTools™
PRO Account through the Member-Services
link on most pages throughout the site, from on the
landing page of your SnatcherTools™
ToolBox as well as the Member Center (LITE Members)
and at the top of most pages throughout the Site wherever
you see the Lock picture.

Once I sign up, will
you pester me to buy or sell with you?
NEVER.
First, we are state licensed members of the National Association
of Realtors as well as local board members of NEFAR. All
licensed REALTORS© have laws
that must be followed and a National Code of Ethics we are
bound by as a group.
Secondly, we adhere rigorously to the Federal CAN-Spam Act,
which basically requires that email communications be accompanied
with link to "Opt-Out" of future communications.
Remember: Although we are extremely technologically advanced,
our primary focus is as a Full Service Real Estate Agency,
not a computer company. Our purpose is to assist others
in reaching their goals - through our professional knowledge,
training, experience and now, with powerful buying and selling
